All we ask you to do is purchase one set of home plans that is close to your practical needs and preferences. The cost to customize your home will vary with the type and number of changes and alterations you are making. After receiving your plans, mark-up your changes on your set of plans, along with a written list of elements that you wish to include or eliminate. Then give us a call and we will have one of our participating architects call you to discuss your modifications.

The participating architect will review your modifications and make suggestions before establishing a cost estimate for reproduction of your customized plans. A preliminary drawing will be sent to you for review. Once you have approved the preliminary changes, the participating Architect will require a fifty-percent retainer prior to completing the final modifications. Most modifications can be completed within two or three weeks. When your plans are completed and final payment has been made, you will receive six sets of your modified blueprints for your new home.

If you prefer using a local architect or engineer to make your modifications, you can purchase a complete set of reproducible copies for your licensed professional to work on.
