and Code Administrators (BOCA) and the Council
of American Building Officials (CABO) Uniform
Building Codes. Our plans have been designed
and engineered for sound construction. However,
due to the impossibility of providing personal
and/or on-site supervision or control over
the actual construction and the great variance
of local building code requirements, National
Home Planning Service, LLC or the architect
and/or designer who has prepared these plans,
assumes no responsibility for any damages
or structural failures due to any omissions
or errors in the design and/or these drawings.
It is recommended that before actual construction,
you consult with your local building officials
or a local Architect or engineer. All plan
sales are final and nonrefundable.
